This is the first of a few preliminary drawings of this lady named Hazel. I haven't posted anything in a long while, so I thought I would quickly post this.
It is for an etching project at school. I have never done etching before so I decided to try some stuff out with pen just to get the feel of it. It is only A5 with black fine liner. I was able to get a whole load of shots of Hazel, so I hope I can expand this project and do paintings and drawings too, so all that will be coming up over a few months(i hope). |

But seriously, its beautiful, specially the area around the eyes... Well done
yeah, after the outline i started on the eyes first, after that i started to get impatient because it was taking so long(damned dots) and so i just sort of scribbled in the rest.
